●Sprout growth with selling fish for a living

Pioneer of the first generation Mr. Shi Xiulian: Started the career with selling fish for a living from street to street.In the 1950s, Started fish-carrying business to sell fish to support family life.

●Succession and development through hard work and entrepreneurship

Steersman of the second generation Mr. Shi Zhiqian: Rised abruptly with following in his father's footsteps and gaining experience.In 1980, Operated freezer and started aquatic wholesale and retail business from Huazhou Aquatic Products Market, Quanzhou, Fujian.In 1993, Set up Minnan Aquatic, developed a pelagic fishing fleet and foreign seafood trade.In 2006, Set up Lofugn Seafood, carried out deep processing of fish surimi machining business.In 2008, Established Ocean biotechnology project, manufacture fish powder and fish paste, and dig deep into the value of seafood.

Inherit the career, make steady progress and forge ahead.In 2010, till now Innovated image, build brands and global channels.In 2016, Invested much capital in surimi leisure product project to meet the change requirements of new retail and channels.In 2016, Expanded the existing production base of 166,500 square meters.In 2019, Built the deep processing base of 100,000 square meters for aquatic products in Shenhu Factory, Jinjiang Economic Development Zone.

Company Scale

Floor area: the company covers an area of 166,500 square meters and has 6 independent processing workshops with a total area of 50,000 square meters. The quick-freezing capacity is 200 tons per day and it can produce 20 tons of products at room temperature per day.

Freezer storage: the freezer has a storage capacity of 10,000 tons, ice manufacturing capacity of 40 tons per day and over 20,000 tons of annual seafood processing capacity.

Perfect and advanced equipments: the company has a full set of advanced processing equipments. Not only has the advanced single freezing machine production line, ultraviolet water disinfection treatment system and ozone air disinfection system, but also has metal detector, vacuum package machine, agitator, slice ice machine and so on.

Pelagic fishing fleet: the company has a pelagic fishing freezing fleet to ensure fresh and traceable supply.

●Phase I of Longhu Factory

Frozen seafood processing base, Dried seafood processing base, Frozen surimi processing base, Leisure food processing base.

It covers an area of about 100,000 square meters.

●Phase II of Longhu Factory

Mainly for biotechnology production base, the total area of about 30,000 square meters.

●Shenhu Factory

It covers an area of about 100,000 square meters. In 2022, Phase I has been put into production, including frozen seafood processing base and dried seafood processing base.

●Fishing Fleet

The company owns six fishing vessels to ensure raw material supply.

●Biotechnology Series

1)Introduce advanced marine biotechnology production line for deep processing and extraction of fish skin, bones, viscera and other materials;

2)The main products are squid ointment, squid oil, fish ointment and fish oil, meeting the use in cultivation, chemical and other industries.
